Rookie of the Year, Yes Already

I know that it's early. OK, really early, but I'm still going to try to predict who is going to be the rookie of the year. In the opinion of many, Jahlil Okafor is the most NBA ready and will dominate this year's class of rookies, especially with injured teammate Joel Embiid. I, however, think that D'Angelo Russel will get that award, due to  his shooting ability, passing finesse, and overall confidence. He's got the swagger to be undaunted and is, in my opinion, very NBA prepared. With the Lakers without Lin (who went to Charlotte) and without the injured Kobe Bryant, he will get sufficient playing time.
